Where do I start, I haven’t blogged in a while and have been working pretty hard on this. Yesterday alone I was practicing buffer overflows for 10 hours. I kept on repeating the steps over and over and managed to do it 10 + times on different applications successfully.
For the Labs, I’m happy to say that I only have 3 Machines left for the whole of OSCP. This is for the PUBLIC / IT / DEV and ADMIN.
Really stoked about my progress however there was a week or two in which I was banging my head on pivoting concepts. But once I figured it out with the the help of online resources, it was go time.
I have booked my exam in November already so I will be doing a lot of exam prep. For example, I’ll chose 5 boxes and give myself 24 hours to root the boxes on a Saturday. The reason for this is so that I can mimic the exam Structure so that when exam day comes, I’m ready.
Will be quiet from now til exam time, so I’ll update you this blog if I do pass or fail.
