Happy New year!
I have not written in this blog in a while but I have lot of goals that I would like to tick off this year, professionally. Personally, I’ve had a couple of instances where I can now confirm that I need something in my life to be busy. So I’ve placed some achievable professional goals below.
I know last year, I decided that I wanted to do OSCE. However looking at this closer and doing my research as well as speaking to more and more security professionals; I don’t believe that this aligns with my goals. Red Teaming is my goal, and to be honest from what I have read, OSCE is more or less to do with Exploit Development. OSCP has given me a baseline already and can safely say I’m certified and qualified, however I need more.
The course I will be undertaking will be eLearnSecurity course called Penetration Testing Extreme. Its an advanced penetration testing course, and has some interesting modules which is geared towards Windows environments.
A snapshot of the syllabus could be found below:
SECTION 1: PREPARING THE ATTACK
SECTION 2: RED TEAMING ACTIVE DIRECTORY
SECTION 3: RED TEAMING CRITICAL DOMAIN INFRASTRUCTURE
I will be accountable to my goals, and will work hard again this year to achieve this. I’m going to crush this again, mark my words.
